Terrible , impatient , he didnt listen to me at all , keeps cutting me every time i open my mouth . This was a useless teleconsultation !!! How is he a doctor ?!

AVOID at all costs. I'm not sure if he was being racist but he immediately says I have covid just because of my name without asking my other symptoms after saying cough. He actually cuts you off and just assumes. I already have a hard time talking because of my throat so I understand if he can't understand but over 10 times I think was too much. He was screaming and I told him please don't get mad (why do I even have to say this) after like maybe the 4th or 5th time but he tells me I'm wasting his time. He just rushes you despite being late to the appointment. Rather than feeling helped I just felt like crying after that call

J’ai obtenu un rendez-vous téléphonique avec docteur Vézina grâce à bonjour santé. J’ai eu un diagnostic en 6-7 minutes. Très efficace . L’ordonnance a été transmise dans l’heure suivante à ma pharmacie.

Great Dr. I saw the reviews and was so hesitant to go see him as this was the only appointment I could get via Bonjour Sante. I felt like he was being my advocate and did everything possible to get to the problem. He took the time to listen to me and ask questions. He also made sure to answer any questions that I had. He had no issues speaking English with me either. I am so happy I went to this appointment.

Personnel impatient, impoli et qui raccroche la ligne au nez ! du jamais vu... !! j'appelais pour un suivi, car mon billet d'arrêt de travail était imcomplet et on me dit que je dois reprendre RDV ? right............

J'ai été traité par Dr. Jacques Vézina aujourd'hui et je l'ai trouve très compétant, humain et efficace. Je suis sorti avec une diagnostique ainsi qu'une ordonnance dans moins de 20 minutes. J'apprécie bcp cette clinique et ce médecin.

Dr. Jacques W. VÉZINA was one of the most impatient doctor I've ever seen. I went to see him after a long waited appointment, but he didn't really care about what my actual issue is. He asked me to take over the counter medical supplies and not to visit clinic for this. He was rude and doesn't care. After checking with another doctor couple days later, the doctor mentioned that I had severe reaction and could have been very bad if consulted too late.

Worst doctor ever, would prefer google since it is more efficient and clear, and you can tell from far he hates this job. Also, hated that I spoke English, I am sorry that when I don't feel well I don't like to speak in my second language. I would never recommend him.
