Médecin qui n'ai pas du tout à l'écoute des clients... je suis a 4 jours sem en temps complet en tant que asss elle me retourne en 5 jours sem mais que je dois être accompagnée je lui dit que je suis seule sur ma route et me dit que se n'es pas grave... je lui ai mentionné qu'elle allait me faire perdre mon emploi elle s'en fou... Rv suivant j'ai dû lui demander de changer son papier pour l'examen car elle ne voulait pas le changer... De plus je une douleurs à la jambe qui me cause des problèmes pour mon travail, pas d'arrêt elle me dit arrange toi avec ta boss... obligé d'aller attendre à l'urgence pour un autre diagnostic et arrêt de travail. De plus elle est jamais à l'heure

J'ai adoré ses soins. Elle a pris le temps de m'écouter comme il faut, m'a offert des conseils et un plan d'action solide. Elle m'a même revue pour un suivi. J'aimerais réellement avoir Dr Rroshaj comme médecin de famille.

The absolute worst. Goes on maternity leave without warning and without making sure her patients are followed by a substitute. Will only address one issue at a time per appointment, and doesn't take on semi emergency appointments. Does not listen to patient symptoms carefully while trying to prescribe medication, and then gaslights you. It's always a very frustrating experience. I had an easier time being followed by walk in doctors! What's the point of a family doctor then??

Awful doctor. Forgets me all the time, doesn't cancel appointments just doesn't show up, goes on maternity leave without having a substitute doctor for her clients, I chased her down for documents I needed for work and she never sent them, then I called her secretary who also forgot. I have spent months on the phones trying to get health care and I'm already on burnout. She didn't help me at all to find a therapist and instead pushed drugs on me after I refused many times. She stigmatized me for my mental illness and invalidated what I was going through systemically by tryng to force me to take antipsychotics without empowering me with any knowledge about it. She is a terrible doctor and I will definitely report her negligence to the RAMQ
