Dr. Ragusa has been my husband and I's family Doctor for about 2 years. She is very helpful, kind and patient. She takes her time to listen to you and always finds a solution and does a follow up. I am very happy overall with her service! Thank you Dr. Ragusa!

I was assigned to this doctor last year, after more than 4 years on waiting list. I received a call from her which lasted little more than 10 minutes, she said she'd send me a note so that I could go do some examinations in hospital. Never receive anything since. I had to go personally to her clinic and asked for it. A clerk finally told me that she'd resend it soon. Never get it neither. I really have no idea what's the use of having a family doctor.
