I agree with the comment below, this doctor lacks compassion. She blurts out truths about her patients- of the intensive care unit of the Verdun Hospital- in front of family members of comatose patients without thinking about their pain and our stress...it's as if the patient is only an outcome of his or her disease and not a worthy human being with a rich and productive past. She should probably take note of some empathetic nurses with more experience, take a bedside manner class for doctors (if one exists) or simply just do doctoral paperwork or research. I will always remember her as the worst part of losing my loved one and as one key elements of the anger that I had to process during and following my grief which I am I still processing... I gave her one star, for the almost human and syrupy apology that she gave me while the nurses try to calm and reassure me...even if it didn't.

During a telephone appointment, she was rude, condescending, lacked empathy. Her exact words: if you think you are are dying go to the emergency. Refused to fill documents. Said she did not know me. I was bullied on the phone. I have complex PTSD, Chronic Lyme, with permanent limitations. Latent Tuberculosis, Centre de Sante Tulattavik. I was a Tuberculosis nurse. Experiencing Thrombotic events. I had 2 Eliquis left. Refused to renew prescription. The prescription was given in the Emergency. She said she would transfer my file. She refused to treat me. Threatened that she would report me? Nurses get bullied in Québec by physicians who refuse to complete CNESST documents. I have an occupational Health and safety background
