We had a really positive experience with Dr. Mercier. She listened to our problems and took the time to explain what was going on with my child. She put us both at ease. Highly recommend!!

Do not bother seeing her, it was a waste of time for me and my daughter, we were referred by our family Dr. to go see her in order to assist us with a repeated infection. We waited so long to be able to finally see an ORL, but she was NO help AT ALL and she did not want proceed with the procedure we went to see her for. She prefers to see the toddler sick again before she decides to go for it.... instead of preventing it 🤯🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ !!!
