Amazing doctor. I don’t understand the negative comments whatsoever. Not only has he gone above and beyond to do whatever he can to help but I feel very comfortable interacting with him. His appointments are to the point and direct (no need for chit chat) but he will do whatever he can to help.

Great doctor! Dr Lachance has been my family doctor for about 6 years now and I have no negative comments to say about him. He is very informative and transparent. Each time I have had an appointment or any type of health concern, he did all the testing necessary. He’s never been condescending nor disregarded my concerns.

Absolutely the worst treatment I’ve ever had. I’ve never interacted with a doctor as unbothered, hurried, or rude as Martin Lachance. All he did was bark orders at me. He told me several times to keep my mask on WHILE MY MASK WAS ALREADY ON. I came in with a stuffy nose and was treated like I had a deadly disease even though I had clarified both over the phone while booking the appointment and during the appointment itself that I had tested negative several times. Never mind the fact that I was in there for a completely different reason completely unrelated to my stuffy nose. When he couldn’t immediately identify what was wrong he asked me rudely what exactly it was that I wanted to get out of this appointment, like I had wasted his precious time, as if he had even given me the time of day. By far the worst interaction I’ve had with a medical professional in my life. Unprofessional, ill-mannered, insulting. I can’t believe a medical professional would act so brashly and disrespectfully.

Terrible doctor! He only cares about getting paid. He literally makes fun of his own patients and you have plenty of time to listen to that as you wait for him which you will do. That's the least terrible thing he does btw

Comment tant de condescendance s’est retrouvée chez une même personne ? Difficile à dire. Seule certitude, je ne retournerai pas consulter ce médecin qui ne prend rien de ce que vous dites au sérieux et passe l’intégralité de la séance à vous regarder de haut et à s’impatienter.

The worst services and doctor (Martin Lachance) in the whole world, not just Montreal, OMG the receptionist was rude as well as this Martin Lachance, who called him self a doctor, he was sooo rude, arrogant, not smiling, and racist too and interrupting me and was not interested to listen to me. Are you humans???? you should stop practicing this human job. Please do not go to this bad doctor Martin Lachance, whatever is the reason.
