The Secretary is crazy, she does not care about any patients. She even not speak with people normally. She always angry. She didn't sent a fax to hospital two times. Also she is not honest. I called fourth times in hospital, they said me we haven't a fax from them. That's crazy. I don't know why she is like that. And for an appointment you have to wait like 5 or 6 even more hours. Honestly it's really bad....
