I visited the ER Fleury yesterday March 4th 2022 Steven Safar was on duty I clearly explained that I’m feeling numbness in the right half of my head and face which has been going for few days now Visiting the ER was recommended by 2 registered nurses Isabelle Poulin and Marie-Isabelle Rodrigues who work at Telus Akira virtual health , they both confirmed I need a scan and physical check and refused to transfer me to a physician and asked me to go to ER because I will need scan I did not get the brain scan at the emergency after 6 hours if waiting time at the ER and today my case has become worse I’m feeling dizziness now with each movement of my head which is worse I asked Steven Safar to do me a brain scan at the ER and hé refused claiming that I don’t need it He only gave me an MRI reference to do from my pocket after promising him that the the follow up will be with my family doctor and my sister in Egypt and not with him I’m still not convinced that I didn’t need that quick brain scan at the ER , Steven Safar was probably helping cost reduction or saving his precious effort given that fact what I’m feeling today I’m feeling that i may loose consciousness with every movement of my head Kholoud AbdulAlim Montréal March 5 2022

Dr Safard excellent profissional ,responsable ,simpátic,e très bonne ,me aide e explique son point de vue avec attention ,je ne pouvez pas avoir une meilleur medecin ,se préoccupe beaucoup pour me aider ,me suivre très bien ,e je le recomende a 💯 je fait tout confiance au Dr Safard je le désir bonne chance,merci beaucoup mon bonne médecin ♥️
