Biographie

I completed a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at St. John's University in Queens, New York. This was a dual program focusing on training in Cognitive-Behavioral and Psychodynamic theories and treatments. I went on to do a post-doctoral year in Neuropsychological testing at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and worked there for 3 years following in the areas of Geriatric Psychiatry, Alzheimer's disease, Caregiver Stress, Neuropsychological Assessment, as well as Individual and Group therapy. I went on to specialize in Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) following the WTC attacks on 9/11, and worked with that population for 2 years before moving to Montreal.
