I work with a wide variety of problems including: stress, anxiety, depression, burnout and work-related issues, relationship problems, low self-esteem, grief, trauma, phobias, weight management, women’s issues, physical and sexual abuse, cross-cultural issues, separation and divorce, child management, marriage and family issues, anger management, communication enhancement, conflict resolution, interpersonal issues in family business, and organizational development. I am also certified as a personal trainer and have experience in health and lifestyle management, training people with medical problems, and sports psychology.

Biographie

I have two Master’s Degrees from McGill University – an M.Ed. in Counselling Psychology (1984) and an M.Ed. in Special Education (1976). After specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy at the Argyle Institute of Human Relations (1984-1987), I was admitted to the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (1987). I then studied hypnosis at the Institut Québécois d’Hypnose Clinique et Expérimentale (1990) and the Institut Milton Erickson de Montréal (1991-1993). Since 1991, I have been a member in good standing of the Société Québécoise d’Hypnose. In 1998, I took a course in California with the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy in Organizational Consultation and Consultation to Families in Business. In 2001, For the past 34 years, I have been working in private practice doing psychotherapy.
